Abstract

This project document outlines the fisheries data collection methodologies to be used in the FMSP project R8210 'The Use of Sluice Gates for Stock Enhancement and Diversification of Livelihoods'. This project will involve fieldwork at 3 sluice gates controlling water levels within two separate flood control drainage and irrigation (FCDIs) schemes in Bangladesh, with, as far as possible, similar data being collected at each site, to enable comparative analyses to be made.
