Abstract
This document represents the final report of project R7975, \"Social structure, livelihoods and the management of common pool resources in Nepal\". The report describes project activities and outputs, including the development of a framework elaborating the linkages between social and economic processes and natural resource access. The report also describes the lessons learnt on community forestry processes in the terai area of Nepal, in terms of methods and approach as well as policy and practice.
