Abstract

This document represents the final report of project R7872, \"Renewable natural resource-use in livelihoods at the Calcutta peri-urban interface\". The report describes project activities and outputs, including the generation of knowledge on the role of the land water interface (LWI) production system and associated activities in the livelihoods of selected groups of the poor, and the role of institutions and key actors in regulating access to land, water and waste resources at the peri-urban LWI.
