Abstract

The aims of this project were to analyse how ethical trade can enhance the economic and social rights of women and men workers in the export horticulture industries of Kenya, Zambia and South Africa; and to identify best practice in implementing gender-sensitive ethical trade based on worker and stakeholder participation. The project's background and objectives, methodology, findings and their dissemination are outlined in this final report.
