Abstract

The aim of this case-study is to assess progress on implementing the recommendations of the previous external evaluation of the UNDP/UNFPA/WHO/World Bank Special Programme of Research, Development and Research Training in Human Reproduction (HRP) with regard to governance. A main finding of this case study is that many of the weaknesses have been addressed and a number of problems solved.
