Abstract

This brief explains how water-focused research in Ethiopia by ILRI and IWMI has evolved over the past 8 years from livestock-water linkages during CPWF Phase I to the present broader rainwater management focus on landscapes and the institutional linkages needed to achieve change through the Nile Basin Development Challenge (2010-2013).
