Abstract

The inception report summarises work undertaken in Phase I of project R8016 which included an investigation into the mobility needs of people with disabilities in five case study countries; and benchmark studies of current practice in Europe, Latin America, Africa and India. The five case study countries were India, Malawi, Mexico, Mozambique, and South Africa.
