Abstract

This Spotlight presents an overview of some of the most important organisations supporting indigenous peoples’ access to justice in Latin America. These organisations contribute to enhancing indigenous rights through research, advocacy and capacity building activities. Most of them focus on community justice and self-legislation, judicial pluralism and inter-legality. In this Spotlight, the organisations have been categorised according to the geographical reach of their work: international and regional; national; and local-level.
