Abstract

The purpose of this review was to help the Tourism Business Council of Zimbabwe (TBCZ) to identify legislative/regulatory or institutional constraints to the market for manpower development. The study reviewed the legal and regulatory framework governing manpower development for the industry.

This research is part of the Business Environment for Economic Development programme.
