Abstract

This paper covers the same ground as a powerpoint presentation given at the SEACAP Practitioners Meeting. It looks at whether SEACAP has influenced projects in other countries in the region, focusing on Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. It is suggested that SEACAP has influenced over 9 projects in Afghanistan, and 3 projects in Sri Lanka. How the influence came about is discussed.
