The report is focuses on the developmental impacts of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs). It focuses on a subset of bilateral DFIs (the Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC), the Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft (DEG), Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO), Danish IFU, Proparco and the Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (BIO) as well as the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
