The report describes the projects activities and outputs, including the identification of constraints to the uptake and adaptation of land resource management strategies, which are amenable to policy intervention. The report also describes the the Theory of Reasoned Action (TORA) approach used by the project and presents a large amount of detailed information related to farmers' beliefs, behaviours, constraints and attitudes to land management in the hills of Nepal.
