Abstract
This document represents the final report for PD139, 'Developing capacity for applied agricultural meteorological data collection and analysis in Eastern Africa'. The report describes project activities and outputs, including the development of a number of tools to assist the analysis of climatic data in Africa. These include an e-learning approach to transferring the skills needed to process climatic data, adaptations to an electronic statistics textbook for the teaching of climatic analysis, and a new version of the Instat statistical software package, with an updated climatic guide in printed and electronic form.
