Abstract

This report provides an economic appraisal of the investment in the Roads in the East (RITE)2 programme. It is divided into two main sections; namely the Main Report: which includes a final refined description of the economic appraisal of the RITE2 program roads as identified in the Strategic Case; and Annexes including supporting material.
