Abstract

We here examine the evidence on the potential level of demand for an AIDS vaccine. We survey a number of studies that analyze the level of acceptability of HIV vaccines and what drives individual decisions on acceptability. We conclude by summarizing what is known and point to future directions of research on demand for HIV vaccines.
