Crops for the Future booklet
Abstract
“Crops for the Future” supports, collects, synthesizes and promotes knowledge on neglected and underutilized species for the benefit of the poor and the environment. This booklet gives a handful of examples of what roles underutilized plants play in peoples’ lives and livelihoods, inspired by presentations given at the International Symposium on Underutilized Plants for Food, Nutrition, Income and Sustainable Development.
