Abstract

This Info-pack describes key administrative and contractual procedures for CPP Project Leaders, provides practical tips, and hopes to answer common questions that Project Leaders have asked over the years. It does not replace the project contract as the legal document which describes the terms and conditions under which the project operates, nor does it cover all the areas in the contract. The Info-pack is simply an attempt to tease out key practical points in the contract and explain them in plain terms.
