Abstract

There is an identified need and demand for the development and delivery of a Transport Services research training course in the main countries where AFCAP is operational. This assignment involves the development and implementation of a trial training course on transport services research with the eventual objective of rolling out the course across AFCAP countries. This report gives details of the Inception Phase of the project and the preparatory work that has been undertaken. An outline of the contents of the Transport Services Training Course is given together with an estimated schedule of activities.
