This Brief was prepared for the 2017 Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction.
The aim is to contribute scientific inputs into critical issues for the implementation and monitoring of the Sendai Framework, and highlight IRDR’s products that are of direct relevance.
The Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 is the first major agreement of the post-2015 development agenda
