This policy briefing is based on Working Paper No. 40 entitled \"Comparable Costings of Alternatives for Dealing with Tsetse: Estimates for Uganda\". The document summarises costs associated with the most important means of tetse fly control. It recommends that area-wide control should make use of multiple techniques after thorough scientific investigation and subject to economic considerations.
