Abstract

This study applied multilevel regression analysis to Kenya Demographic and Health Survey (KDHS) data to identify determinants of place of delivery and delivery attendant. circumstances of delivery.The regression analysis was based on 5290 births which occurred during the five years preceding the 1993 KDHS. The findings and conclusions of the study are briefly discussed.
