Abstract

This report analysis the reports of public consultations facilitated by the Chiefdom Governance Reform Programme (CGRP) in Sierra Leone between 1999 and 2001. Consultations were held in seventy-five chiefdoms and eight teams, all of which made use of the same set of pre-prepared activity and discussion modules, handled facilitation. Workshop organization and objectives, issues raised by participants and conclusions and recommendations are presented.
