Abstract

This document summarizes the problem of Chagas disease and describes the work of DNDi and its partners in developing new treatments: searching for new lead compounds, investigating the use of antifungal triazoles against Trypanosoma cruzi, and developing a paediatric formulation of the existing anti-Chagas drug benznidazole.
