Abstract

The two PPD-associated cDNA libraries, \"early\" and \"late\" exist physically at both Bath and CIAT. The 11,136 cDNA clones used to construct the microarrays are at CIAT, though electronic catalogues of their identity codes exist both at Bath and CIAT. Copies of specific cDNA clones of interest were transferred to Bath. Nucleotide sequence data on these clones is available at both institutions and have been make publicly available via the NCBI website.
