Abstract

DFID Mozambique commissioned Business Environment Reform Facility (BERF) to undertake a scoping assessment comprising: an economy-wide diagnostic analysis and assessment of the business environment (BE) identifying key BE constraints in Mozambique, mapping reforms (existing and planned) and what has worked or not worked to date.

This research is part of the Business Environment for Economic Development programme.
