Abstract

The purpose of this brief is to provide information on how home-based caregivers' roles and relationships with the public health system have changed, and guidance on how to address the new challenges that caregivers face in the light of expanded rollout of ART programmes. It is intended for local and international policy makers, HBC programme implementers and researchers in the field of HBC.
