This fact sheet aims to raise awareness about breastfeeding to prevent and treat diarrhea. One in a set of introductory resources [Diarrheal disease fact sheets], it provides stakeholders and policymakers in the world's poorest countries with crucial information on a proven intervention in the fight against diarrheal disease.
