This presentation shows how agriculture affects nutrition pathways, what is known about the role/contribution of agriculture in improving nutrition (summarising published evidence and systematic reveiws) and identifies gaps in evidence and how to address them. It illustrates the theme using 3 examples for Biofortification (Mozambique and Uganda), Homestead food production programs( Uganda and Rwanda), and Nutrition-sensitive value chains (Bangaldesh).
