Abstract

This activity encourages students to think about the relationships between generations in their family and local community. It also provides an opportunity for further discussion about female circumcision. The webpage for the activity includes a document giving notes for UK teachers on how to conduct the classroom activity, an intergenerational worksheet, and links to streaming and downloadable video clips from Makutano Junction.
