Achieving Outcomes: Headline results from the 2015 annual survey

Abstract

Since 2010, the Innovation, Monitoring, Learning and Communications Division (IMLC) has commissioned annual surveys which have collected information from household panel samples from the incoming cohort (baseline) as well as from previous cohorts (follow-up). This brief presents the findings from the most recent, October 2015, survey. Changes in key indicators are shown by comparing 2015 results against baseline findings. Progress towards the end-of-Programme outcome targets are also presented. Without exception, there are substantial improvements for all key indicators and for all cohorts between baseline and October 2015. The results are sustainable over the short-term.

Only cohort averages are presented in this brief. Further analysis would likely show that not all core participant households (CPHHs) perform well against every indicator.
