Apply for this licence
If you operate a day care setting in Northern Ireland, you must comply with the Day Care Setting Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and be registered with the Health and Social Care Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA).
If you wish to operate or manage more than one service, you must make a separate application for each organisation.
You must comply with any conditions attached to a registration.
If you fail to comply with requirements, you may commit an offence.
