Therefore, the figure under Cost of In Year NCPRP is the cost of Special Bonuses paid and the figure under End of Year NCPRP is the cost of Corporate Bonus Wef 01 April 2024 DECA pay and reward aligned with DE&S and will be included in DE&S return going forward.
