| 1 This represents the group of multiple claim cases (MCC) that were received in the reporting period. This is based upon the date that the first multiple claim was accepted within that mutiple claim group. |
| 2 The total number of multiple claims acepted within the associated multiple claim case (MCC) group. |
| 3 The number of jurisdictional complaints applied for (grounds for the claim). |
| 4 These figures represents the number of unallocated jurisdictional complaints and is included in the "Other" category of the published statistics. This could be due to the vetting process to allocate the correct jurisdiction based on the grounds of the claim had yet to be undertaken, or the claim was withdrawn before the vetting process was complete and therefore the jurisdicion code was no longer required. |
