| (3) This figure has been restated due to a calculation error made at the end of the 2013-14 financial year. It has been reduced by £5,000 from £175,000 to £170,000. |
| (4) The Rt Hon. Oliver Letwin MP has chosen to opt out of the Ministers’ Pension Scheme. |
| (5) The Rt Hon. Kenneth Clarke CH QC MP no longer has any benefits in the Parliamentary Contributory Pension Fund. They have been transferred to the Consolidated Fund who will pay his benefits when he comes to retire. |
