This indicator is measured using the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings and includes all employee jobs (including those affected by absence) with an employer sponsored pension where the individual is aged at least 22 and less than state pension age (currently 65 for men and 60 for women) and where annual gross earnings is above the earnings threshold of £7,475 in 2011 earnings terms. |
