What you can get

The UK International Consumer Centre is based in the UK, offering free impartial help with disputes between UK consumers and overseas sellers based in other countries. 

Advice and information is available for UK consumers that are having problems with a company based in another country and they can intervene in disputes where the consumer and trader are unable to reach a positive outcome.

Who is it for

UK consumers who have disputes with traders in other countries (excludes UK Consumers who have issues with traders in the UK, these are handled by Citizens Advice).
