You must get a licence to operate a commercial bingo club in Northern Ireland.
Conditions
To apply for a licence you must be:
- over 21 years old
- living in Northern Ireland for at least 12 months before you apply
- registered (if you’re a company)
You may have to pay Machine Games Duty on any gaming machines on your premises.
