Disabled access
The Alicante Consulate is unfortunately not currently able to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility. If you need to collect an Emergency Travel Document or to speak to a member of staff and you have reduced mobility, please call us on 0034 965 21 60 22 and we will make alternative arrangements to accommodate you.
How to find us
By car: approach the city along the coast road N332 or if approaching by motorway take the exit “Alicante Norte/Avenida Denia”. When you reach the marina, you will find an underground car park, and the consulate is 5 minutes walk from there.
By tram: get off at the “Mercado” stop and exit onto the Rambla Méndez Núñez. Walk down this street until you see the consulate building, which is on your left.
By bus: the bus station is located 15 minutes walk from the consulate. When you exit the bus station, turn right and continue until you reach the Rambla Méndez Núñez on your left. Turn onto the Rambla Méndez Núñez and walk up until you see the consulate on your right. Alternatively, take a taxi from the taxi rank located outside the bus station.
By train: the train station is located 20 minutes walk from the consulate. Ask for directions at the tourist information office which is located at the train station or alternatively take a taxi from the taxi rank located outside the train station.
