Before you start
You’ll need a GOV.UK One Login to use this service. You’ll be able to create a GOV.UK One Login if you do not already have one.
You’ll be told when you sign in if you need to prove your identity. This is to keep your details safe and normally involves using photo ID like a passport or driving licence.
The first time you use this service
Use your unique learner number if you have it. Your school, college or training provider can give you this, or it may be printed on your exam certificates or results slips.
If you do not have your unique learner number, you’ll need to answer some questions about your apprenticeship.
If you completed your apprenticeship before 1 February 2012
If you need a replacement certificate, contact the organisation who awarded it. You may need to pay a fee.
If you do not know which organisation awarded it, search the Register of Regulated Qualifications.
