Indefinite leave to remain if you're a Turkish Worker or Businessperson
Documents you must provide
You must provide:
- a current passport or other valid travel identification
- previous passports showing you’ve been living legally in the UK for the past 5 years - if your current passport does not show this
- the unique reference code that proves you passed the English language requirement
If you’re a Turkish Businessperson
You’ll also need to prove that you’re continuing to run a business. You might need to provide documents, such as:
- invoices showing work done
- business bank statements
- proof of National Insurance contributions - if appropriate
- advertising materials
- proof of renting or having purchased business premises
