The Register your boat with the coastguard’s safety scheme is closed

The Royal Yachting Association’s (RYA) SafeTrx service ended on 31 December 2025. You can no longer register your boat with the service.

If you’d registered your boat with the RYA SafeTrx, your information has been transferred to HM Coastguard.

You can update or remove your information by emailing safetrxdata@mcga.gov.uk
