The data presented here shows employees promoted against their status in relation to each of the following protected characteristics: age; disability; ethnicity; and gender. Compared with the 2014 report, there has been an increase in all promotion percentages. Also a closing of the gap for those declared as ethnic minority or female. There is little change for those declared as disabled. The percentages for those declared as disabled, ethnic minority or female do remain lower than those outside these protected groups.
