This section brings together existing resources, including data sources, guidelines, toolkits, and flowcharts, as well as e-learning sources, to support teams in translating local needs into action. These resources provide structured approaches, recommended practices, and decision-making support, helping users design and implement interventions informed by the patterns and priorities identified.
Information for each resource has been provided against a set of descriptors (see below) to help users quickly identify those most relevant to their needs and suitable for adaptation. A full list is available in Annexe NAP AMR Health Inequalities toolkit_v0.2. Resources have also been categorised by population group (Table 1). The population groups used are in line with those described in the Health inequalities in health protection report 2025. Where a resource is applicable to multiple groups, it is listed under each relevant category to support ease of navigation and use.
Format summarising how the resources are presented
- Title: Name of the resource
- Summary: Brief description of the resource content and purpose
- Population: Population group resource covers
- Type: Category or classification of the resource
- Link: URL providing access to the resource
- Year: Year in which the resource was published, released or updated
- Available in another language: Indicates whether the resource is available in one or more languages other than English
- Login required: Indicates whether access to the resource requires authentication (such as signup, subscription, or organisational login)
- ID: Unique identifier assigned to each resource. Please use the attached workbook to see these descriptors
- Aimed user: Intended target audience for the resource. Please use the attached workbook to see these descriptors
- Focus: Primary topic of the resource (such as pathogen, disease, condition, or related subject). Please use the attached workbook to see these descriptors
- Reference: Information that identifies the source or origin of the data associated with this record. Please use the attached workbook to see these descriptors
