Notice on the cooperative framework for Large Civil Aircraft
Information on the continuation of tariff suspensions.
The UK notes Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1549 of 6 July 2026, which continues the tariff suspension implemented following the EU-US Understanding on a Cooperative Framework for Large Civil Aircraft on 15 June 2021. The arrangements detailed in the 2021 UK-US Understanding on a Cooperative Framework for Large Civil Aircraft continue.
