Cyber & Specialist Operations Command at DSEI 2025

Cyber & Specialist Operations Command (CSOC) will have an exhibition stand at this year’s Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) at ExCeL, London from 9-12 September 2025.

1 September marked the official stand-up of the Cyber & Specialist Operations Command (CSOC).

CSOC builds on the strong foundations of Strategic Command, uniting Defence’s cyber and specialist capabilities under a single, Military Command alongside the Royal Navy, British Army, and the Royal Air Force.

CSOC is always on and ready to fight across all domains. CSOC protects the UK, strengthens NATO and delivers decisive specialist operations to counter complex threats. From cyber warriors and medics to intelligence analysts, special forces, educators, and Defence attachés, CSOC combines expertise and innovation to deliver the warfighting edge Defence needs to deter threats, secure the nation today and prepare for tomorrow.   

What to expect from CSOC at DSEI 2025

DSEI UK is the flagship defence event for the UK, demonstrating the Government and Defence’s commitment to the UK defence and security industry. If offers opportunities to strengthen the UK’s international and industrial partnerships.

At DSEI 2025 with a dedicated CSOC exhibition stand at S13-310 and a forum, alongside Defence Medical Service’s in Zone 2 Stand 172, there will be plenty of opportunities to learn more about the Command.

Throughout the event, leaders will share their insights and expertise at various speaking engagements, including keynote speeches, panel discussion (as chair or participants), and Breakfast Briefings.

Displays highlight CSOC’s specialist capabilities and pivotal role in Defence:

  • Developing the Workforce of Tomorrow: CSOC equips Defence personnel to out-think adversaries through world-class education and leveraging expertise across the domains. 
  • Defence Medical Services: DMS innovate care delivery from across each of the Military Commands Medical Services’ as well as integrate with partners across government and commercial providers to develop battle winning capabilities.

Commander Cyber & Specialist Operations Command, General Jim Hockenhull, will be delivering the keynote address at the CSOC Forum on Tuesday 9 September at 14:30. He will share how CSOC reflects the ambition of the Strategic Defence Review 2025, uniting Defence’s cyber and specialist capabilities under a single command to make Britain safer, secure at home, and strong abroad.
