Selection is based on the overall suitability of the candidate against the skills, qualifications and competences required in the position, as may be demonstrated by applicants through the application form and the interview. Due to the large volume of applications, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

Short-listed candidates will be invited to an interview, which may also consist of a written test relevant to the role. Details will be provided at the time of short-listing. All interviews are conducted in English by a panel, usually made up of three members of staff.
