This paper examines Work Quality statistics relating to a number of indicators primarily sourced from the Labour Force Survey (LFS), alongside an earnings indicator sourced from the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE). It contains analysis of sixteen work quality indicators; earnings, secure employment, underemployment, job satisfaction, meaningful work, career progression, employee involvement in decision-making, bullying/harassment, under/over skilled, line manager support, flexible working, accidents in the workplace, non-zero hours contracts, trade union membership, participation in training and working overtime.
