This data shows numbers and details of staff working in Primary Care Networks (PCNs). The first publication will report on the workforce as at 31 March 2021 and will be available late May 2021.
Primary Care Networks were introduced in 2019 and are groups of practices working together and with other local health and care providers (e.g. hospitals, mental health or community trusts, community pharmacies and charities) within what are considered natural local communities to provide coordinated care through integrated teams.
