The Northern Ireland House Condition Survey (NIHCS) produces statistics relating to the energy efficiency of dwellings in Northern Ireland, using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) 2012. The NIHCS 2016 used an updated SAP model (RdSAP version 9.93). This publication presents the 2016 SAP figures, as well as figures from previous House Condition Surveys which have been revised based on the updated SAP model (in order to allow comparison).
