This is an annual publication which reports on the numbers of bags dispensed in Northern Ireland in the financial year 2015/16. The figures relate to the number of bags dispensed by retailers in Northern Ireland in the year 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016 as notified to the Department by 30 June 2016
